A delightful base upon which to explore the charming town and the wider Chianti region.

Views of the surrounding Tuscan hills from the Tower room are fantastic. Staff, both Paolo and the owner Francesco are exceptionally friendly and helpful with advice on the area. Room spacious and very comfortable. Great choice of restaurants within 10 minutes walk away.

We would have liked a mini-fridge in the room plus kettle and tea/coffee facilities.

Perhaps a little more welcome on arrival- we were ‘checked in’ by the cleaning lady with not a lot of information as the host is off site - I also had to clean the pool of leaves before swim and buy more toilet paper!

Staying at this villa felt like a dream. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the charming town center. From the moment we arrived, Francesco made us feel incredibly welcome — greeting us with a delicious glass of wine. We also dined at his restaurant, which truly elevated the entire experience. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The garden and pool area offered such a peaceful escape — the perfect place to relax. Breakfast each morning was fantastic, and the warm, thoughtful hospitality made me feel completely at home. Francesco’s kindness really brought everything together. I would happily return again and again!

Our stay has been generally bad as we simply couldn't sleep for the high temperature of the room.

The location is nice and historical, the general impact is nice. The pool looked good too, despite we didn't have time to have a bath.

The room was just beneath the rooftop so, as it was summer, it's been extremely hot. The window was extremely small (0.5 mq, i'd say) so the air din't circulate. A room like that simply shouldn't be used during the summer! The lack A/C, even if correctly indicated, is definitely a weak point.

Good location close to the village. Pool and pool area are great. There is a big parking lot, however, the entrance is a bit narrow so be careful if you have a big car.

There was nobody at the counter for the check-in. We arrived within check-in time, however, in the door it was written a different schedule than online. We had to wait but even with that nobody arrived. Finally we contacted via whatsapp (you'll need internet abroad for that) and we were sent a code and a video to get to the room. We were given a spacious but fresh room but it was extremely hot and we could barely sleep. We were expecting something more on the breakfast side, but it was ok.

Location was close to town. Breakfast was wonderful. Appreciated having a room on the ground floor since we had our bikes. Nice outdoor patio.

Check in and getting our room was a little difficult because they wanted an exact time, and since we were cycling from Florence, I could only give an estimate. Once I called after we arrived, we were able to get the key to our room.

Breakfast was lovely- good variety. Staff so friendly! Clean, clear pool. Lovely seating areas. Fan was great for warm nights. Very easy walk to Main Street with shops, restaurants and park. Quiet road, beautiful view. We loved it and will definitely stay again. Some furniture was older, but charming.

Money well spent!

Amazing sceneries and close to the local centrum with restaurants and shops. The pool was great and we really got a feeling of peace living here. the croissants were so yummy, and Franseco was such a great host!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the place, but we did wish for it to be a small fridge in our room. That would have been great to keep our drinks cold.

The building and the room were lovely. Breakfast was served on the terrace and was ample. The building has some lovely period pieces in keeping with the style of the house and was very clean. We are planning a return trip. 😍

The location and accomodation were lovely. The only thing with the room was there were no glasses, there was also no air conditioning so it was a little warm, but that is more to do with the season. Bloody hot!!. The pool could have been a little cleaner and better presented.

Stefanos est très sympa et son hôtel est très bien tenu. La chambre (Jade) était spacieuse et confortable. L'endroit dispose d'un parking gratuit et d'une piscine.

Etroitesse du chemin menant au parking mais il suffit de faire attention en entrant.

La posizione é comoda, ed è comodo avere una piscina

Anche se avvertiti parzialmente abbiamo pagato per una camera lussuosa e albergato in una camera scomoda e calda con bagno scomodo, piccolo senza bidet e con cattivo odore. Ma il vero problema è stata la risposta del proprietario che è stata sgarbata e fuori luogo.

Buena comunicación con el propietario. Si llegas tarde no hay problema porque hay un locker en la entrada con la llave. La habitación es amplia y equipada con todo lo necesario. El desayuno está muy bueno y hay variedad. Hay parking en el alojamiento.

Colazione classica all'italiana, non esagerata ma soddisfacente....poi dipende dalle proprie abitudini. Francesco, con cui parli al telefono è una persona squisita, simpatico e super disponibile. Da ritornarci sicuramente.

Ottima struttura. Ma non c'è il climatizzatore

Ho adorato il discorso piscina e la colazione dove mi sono sentita a casa con tutti gli operatori. Posizione ottima. Vicina alle città tutto sommato.

Ci sono rimasta male quando non ho visto il climatizzatore. Il caldo, seppur la fortuna di aver trovato dei giorni in cui ha rinfrescato, è insopportabile la notte. Apprezzo l'idea di aver messo un ventilatore ma le temperature odierne sono davvero davvero davvero soffocanti la notte.
