With the bell ringing constantly through the night it was difficult to get undisturbed sleep

Mixed feeling with staff: some were really kind others very cold and rude. The breakfast is nice, but still expensive.

A big problem was the fact that to enter you have to ring the bell and then reception lets you in. This meant that when people return late at night, it would be likely the bell would wake you up as the rooms are very close to reception - I was woken up several times through the night. The hostel had little common space to sit down inside and read. Also felt that the rooms were crammed with beds. The bathroom is outside so when it rains it's likely you will get wet to use the bathroom.

A beautiful hostel in a great location. Very easily accessible by car and enough places to eat reachable by foot. The staff were friendly and patient, also accessible if you don't speak a lot of Portuguese.

Sleepless in Niterói

The Location is wunderfull.

i couldn’t sleep. one day they turned on the Aircondicion in the middle of the night and it was freezing, and the other women in my room where really noisy and turned on the light in the middle of the night, they breakfasted and talked so lound starting at 8 o’clock and you could not talk to them about it. Once i tried an she said i should have patience. I feel really helpless because the stuff doesn’t understand and therfore did nothing because of the language barrier.

Staff is very nice and cute. They were always around and helpful.

People have to ring to get inside the hostel. Unfortunately the bell is so loud that it always woke me up at night. I don't know why we had a key but the other guests didn't. I suggest the hostel provides a key to everyone. We asked to move the room and we got an new room where you couldn't hear the bell :) The facility is not well maintained. The water in the shower didn't drain which was disgusting after showering there two days (we stayed almost 1 week). The toilet doesn't flush everything....The windows are not tight at all so you get mosquito visits all the time.

Desde do atendimento, super acolhedor, de todos os colaboradores até a localização, perto da praia e bem próximo do museu contemporâneo Niemayer.

Ar condicionado é limitado das 10 da noite às 8 da manhã.

O hostel é como casa de família, todos te recebem de braços abertos e dispostos a ajudar no que precisar, no quarto compartilhado tem ar condicionado, cozinha a disposição e sem contar a localização que é perfeita, na quadra do mar, perto do centro e das balsas. Thay e Dudu que recepcionam são queridíssimos demais e com certeza voltarei.

Na verdade eu iria ficar 4 dias em Niterói Eu passei por 15 cidades do Rio Digo 15 esse hostel foi o único digo único que nao deixou eu entrar mais cedo, informei nem que se pagasse taxa eles nao deixaram sem contar que a localização é péssima, uma pessoa com necessidades nao consegue se hospedar ali, Se algum dia eu voltar para Niterói acho difícil vou passar bem longe daí

Eles são muito simpáticos! Nos receberam super bem! Achei a localização muito boa e com rua silenciosa! Mercado, praia, museus e restaurantes ficavam bem perto, coisa de no máximo 10 min andando. O jogo de cama tbm estavam perfeitos, além de oferecerem toalhas tbm. Ah, ótimo custo benefício.

Achei o quarto bem úmido e com um leve cheiro de mofo. O cheiro até ficou em algumas roupas rs. Não sei se pode ser o fato do Hostel ficar próx ao mar …. Algumas partes das áreas comum era nítido a presença de poeira, como tenho problemas respiratórios acabei ficando um pouco preocupada com isso.
