Beautiful property with spa facilities (but too cold for the pool). Excellent breakfast, over the top. Good room size, nice view. Great to have parking on site. Saw bike and mopeds for rent.

Lovely family run hotel in quiet elevated area just up from the main seaside road running around the coast. Very nice breakfasts and nice swimming pool to cool off with following busy days sight seeing. Lovely walks in surrounding streets which have many beautiful villas in them. Would return again anytime. Loved it.

Lovely hotel!

We stayed here for just one night as part of our travels, and the experience was wonderful. The staff kindly upgraded us to a junior suite, which was absolutely incredible — it featured a private patio with a jacuzzi, and the room’s design was stylish and thoughtfully put together. They even had a Dyson, which was a nice touch! Breakfast was really lovely, with a great selection and fresh ingredients. Unfortunately, due to our short stay, we didn’t get a chance to try out the spa facilities or the swimming pool — but they looked fantastic.

The hotel is located quite high up in the hills, which made getting there a bit challenging — especially in the heat and with luggage. It’s also a fair walk from the sea embankment, which doesn’t really make it the best option for a beach-focused holiday. On the way back, we had to take a taxi to the train station, which cost €25 for just a five-minute drive — a bit overpriced, in my opinion.

Beautiful boutique hotel

Our room was relatively small but very well equipped and beautifully fitted out. The breakfast buffet was amazing and we really liked the small pool and gym, which we had to ourselves most of the time we spent there. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Nothing at all but just be aware it is a bit on the edge of town.

A unique stay under the Ligurian roof.

We were with my daughter in the period 17.04-21.04.25. The staff was wonderful, very helpful, professional. Breakfast delicious, large selection of dishes. Beautiful interior design. I recommend 100% Thank You for lovely memories.

It was only one night but we loved it!

A great selection of food at breakfast! The kids loved it too. The staff were also incredibly helpful showing us where to go and providing recommendations for dinner. It’s truly a lovely hotel.

Our two rooms were at the top and bottom of the hotel. Not so bad with children that are 10 and 13, but rooms closer together would have been easier.

I love this family hotel

I love everything in this hotel, honestly should be 4* as it’s immaculate perfection. The room was spacious and with the balcony I had stunning comfort feeling of being home. I’m so happy to had experience this place and 5 minutes walk to Santa Margherita beach, no need for taxis as I made the mistake to take twice taxis as I didn’t knew I could walk. But was great staying and discover.

A Special Gem

We booked two rooms as a family for a single night stay. Upon arrival we were checked in with a room upgrade. We were given a wonderful welcome drink and a description of the town and nearby Portofino - with directions and restaurant recommendations drawn onto a copy of a map. The rooms were clean and very contemporary in their design. Breakfast was nice. The ambience of the hotel was really cosy. Would stay here again.

The only downside was that there was no restaurant on-site. But you are within minutes of multiple choices.

The hotel is not far from the center of the town and the rooms are very confortable The staff was very nice and helpful The hotel is just like in the pictures They were very welcoming with our dog we recieved some dog treats and bowls The breakfast was exeptional The price is very correct for what you get

The electrical panel in our room was making some noise so we had to sleep with the electricity switched off

Beautifully kept home-like atomosphere in a large traditional home just up the hill from the town center, excellent, efficient owners/hosts and team, all amenities provided, hosts are very knowledgable, warm, and helpful. My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week with them while we explored nearby towns during the days, especially enjoyed their magical breakfast spread (!) and quiet evenings by the pool with delicious coffee before going to dinners in town. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for Santa Margherita!!

Just an amazing stay!! we changed venues about 10 days before traveling and thank goodness!! the property is a short walk from the main tourist area/plaza, so it’s quiet during the evening. one of the owners checked us in and gave us amazing suggestions for restaurants and plans to consider. He was spot on with everything. the room was super clean and very comfortable. Not a huge room, but very efficiently set up with a terrace. It’s awesome! Breakfast spread was simply fantastic - great selection of everything you could imagine. Absolutely perfect 2-night stay!! Although we did not use, the property has a scooter or bicycles to rent as well. Property says 3-star but I’d give it 5!!
