Direkter Zugang zum Strand. Immer in offenes Ohr für Probleme. Sofortige Beseitigung der Probleme.
Schwalben waren sehr lästig. Es wurde sich aber ständig darum gekümmert.

Die Ruhe und Nähe zum Strand und Wald. Der kostenlose Fahrradverleih mittels der verpflichtenden UsedomCard (Kurabgabe).
Unsere Aussicht vom Balkon auf einen ehemaligen Industrieschornstein. Die Küchenschränke bzw. deren Inhalt sind für kleine Leute kaum erreichbar. Zu hoch angebracht!
