    Not much of guest when we arrived, we checked in no welcome drinks being served, restaurant closed at 7pm, Gym has only few equipments, not much on the menu, room can be improve, need deep clean but I understand the hotel been around for years and maintenence is hard especially the cost. The hotel has a lot of potential it's just need maintenance and they need an aggressive sales agent especially competition are stiffed. Staff are courteous. Breakfast served Ala Carte no Buffet.

    We checked in on August 8. First impression was that the overall ambiance and lighting felt a bit dark for a 4-star hotel. Our initial room had a weak air conditioner that failed to cool the room even after giving it time. However, the hotel manager and staff were very approachable and accommodated our request to transfer to a new room with a pool view, which we appreciated. A few things to note: the corridors were quite warm as the hallway AC was turned off, likely an energy-saving effort due to fewer guests in the low season, though you would still expect at least a consistent service considering it is a 4-star property. Additionally, the swimming pool water was slightly unclear during our stay. Overall, the highlight of our stay was the excellent customer service and helpful management, but the facility maintenance could use some upgrading to fully match its 4-star rating.
