    The staff were very responsive to enquiries. The instructions for late check-in and early check-out were clear and easy to follow. The location is beatiful and peaceful.

    We booked accommodation, a specific room (separate bedroom for adults due to medical reasons). Rocked up to check in. Got the key. Had a look at the room and found out it was not what we booked. Went back to office and the staff had found that the manager had changed our room booking. Mind you, everywhere in Airlie was completely book due to footy carnival on. They could not change our room back to what we booked as someone had already checked in. Had a quick look online and found everywhere was booked besides 1 place that was $900 for the 2 nights. Double what we were going to pay. DONT BOOK as they have the ability to change your reservation without your knowledge and not compensate you for it
