Location was perfect, room clean and comfortable

Bed excellent. Heating excellent.
Access to microwave and plates and dishes and cups poor. Couch not comfortable and narrow. I am an old man i.e. 89. I needed a more comfortable couch.. I was in Warrnambool to visit my very sick brother and wife with dementia. I wasn't visiting beeches!

Good location with Large rooms plus surprising extras such as a microwave, bowls and cutlery.
Shower basin edges could do with a clean. Dark spots/ patches and strong odour from shower drain.
