The staff were very welcoming and showed me all the best places to go in the city. They gave me the option of which room I wanted and when I said that I didn't mind they gave me a lovely room with a window overlooking the river. Me and my girlfriend loved it!

Location , comfort, privacy, balcony to catch a nice fresh air and the people hosting it. Really good experience.

This place is hidden gem in heart of Cuenca! Run by family with natural kindness and high level of hospitality. Don't expect fancy suits, but it's cozy and comfortable. Restaurant deserves Michelin star, delicious food and great service.

The room was big enough.
Not having a partner next room would of been more pleasant, they were having sexual relationships all the time and I could hear most of the thing which was very uncomfortable.
