Beautiful place for families looking for peace and relax
The location is fully sorrounded by a beautiful garden, far from the noisy streets like Aurelia and only at 10 minutes walk from seaside. The place is very peaceful and relaxing.
The kitchen is a bit dark (you have to turn lights on in day time), the apartment is slightly dump and there are mosquitos.

I just wouldn't use this again
Ok if you like camping, because that's what it feels like.
It was cold... inadequate heater. No hot water in shower hand basin. Tiles coming up on living room floor...sharp and dangerous. Electrics dodgy. Shower walls deeply cracked. No kettle! I would have been embarrassed to market the place. No wonder owner waived the deposit when we got there!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
Sehr gut über der Stadt gelegen. Eine schöne charmante Villa mit sehr guter Bauqualität, die starken Mauern schützten uns vor Hitze. Eine großzügige Fewo mit hohen kühlen Räumen. perfektes TV. Die Küche war gut ausgerüstet. Wir konnten durch die Stadt zu Fuß zum Strand gehen. Und auch kleine Wanderungen im Hügelland Hinter der Stadt unternehmen.

Una settimana al mare
La casa si trova in una posizione tranquilla, nonostante sia a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia libera più vicina. Circondata da un giardino (con posto auto) ben curato che rinfresca ancora più l'ambiente (ma occhio alle zanzare!😁). L'arredamento è in stile antico ma ben curato, la cucina piccola ma completa e funzionale.
La villa è antica e forse avrebbe bisogno di una piccola ristrutturazione. Inoltre, per raggiungerla, bisogna affrontare una bella salita abbastanza ripida. Fattibile comunque con bambino e passeggino!
