Lovely, well appointed apartment perfectly located for exploring the region. Parking was great, the swimming pool was wonderfully warm (and very clean) The host was great too, he was welcoming and offered to help with anything needed.

Ons balkon keek slechts gedeeltelijk uit op de tuin maar vooral ook op een drukke weg. Houd er rekening mee dat eigenaar en kinderen ook dagelijks gebruik maken van het zwembad.

The village is quiet and not crowded with tourists, but still has everything you need. The centre, with cafés, restaurants, a supermarket and weekly food market is about a 10-minute walk away, and some amazing beaches are only a 5-minute drive in the other direction. The house is very peaceful and well soundproofed—we never heard the owners or the other guests. The garden and the pool are very nice. The apartment is bright, spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. It had everything we needed and more, including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. Everything felt modern and well maintained. The owners were friendly, welcoming and easy-going.

These are only small suggestions. Our first-floor apartment faced the road. Although it’s not a busy road, there is some traffic even at night, so with the windows open you can hear passing cars every couple of minutes. The mattress was quite firm, which is of course a matter of personal preference, but it wasn’t the most comfortable for us. As a small extra, it would be nice to have a sun umbrella on the terrace and a couple of cereal bowls in the kitchen for the breakfast.
