TV wasn’t working in our cabin

The cabin was excellent , spotlessly clean with everything required to be fully self contained. Staff were happy and helpful. Amazing gardens throughout the park and lovely quiet location a short distance from town. Great valve as well !!!

All good. Nothing to dislike

Conveniently located just outside main beach and easily accessible via the public bus with a stop right outside the main entrance. The property has all the necessary amenities one needs and is great for those travelling via camper. Cabin was fitted with a tv, ceiling fan and AC, towels, toiletries, hair dryer and a comfortable bed (slept like a log). Staff were lovely, bbq area and pool were also well maintained. Property shares neighbouring boundary with Whitsundays airport which hosts a great cafe, so you will be woken by the light aircraft’s if your a light sleeper but I enjoyed having the opportunity to watch them take off every morning…didn’t hinder my stay but something to note.

Like many other reviews the facilities and property is worn down. My cabin had daddy long leg spiders everywhere, ants seemed to make there way to the kitchen even though I kept the area clean and spotless. The facilities need some love and a good clean, seeing as though they aren’t all being used it might be a good time to deep clean and add a lick of paint to the older cabins…can’t speak for the newer brown cabins which looked great but were all unfortunately occupied at the time of booking.
