Blisko wody, klimatyzacja w sypialniach, brak tv, internet wystarczający - przecież przyjechaliśmy wypocząć:) cisza w nocy, nie głośno również w dzień, gospodarze bardzo mili i pomocni, prawie brak komarów, parking na miejscu pod drzewami, dobry dojazd, blisko restauracja z dobrym jedzeniem
Apartament mógłby być wyposażony w mop - pomogło by to nam w utrzymaniu czystości, przy dłuższym pobycie pralka też byłaby pomocna

Unique surroundings in a special, not touristy bay. Huge terrace, comfortable beds, and grilling opportunity.
Friendly neighbours, cute bar 20 steps away.
You don't have to fall asleep to dance/techno/rnb/folk music at night.
There is no AC which is acceptable but if there is no fan and mosquito nets on the windows then the heat is sometimes tough. Roads to the bay are horrible (meaning outright dangerous, be prepared for a flat tire and don't expect any help from the host even if you ask - as it was in our case...), but that's the price you have to pay for the calmness. The roads are paved with torn-out tire pieces.
Kitchen equipment is very basic with no supplies at all.
Make sure you make a complete shopping right after the ferry, otherwise it will take min. 40 minutes to get anything.

Very nice place 😍😍😍 Apartament is simple but with everything you need to have lovely holidays. The bay is awesome, one of the best on Hvar island.
