Maybe how busy the street was. But once you get into those doors, you are secluded and away from everything.

Beautiful but noisy

The breakfast was excellent. The shower and wifi are good. There is a nice garden. The pool looks great but was too cold to swim now.The people at the reception are very nice and helpful. It is walking distance from the railway station and the center. There is a bus stop next to the hotel to Sao Joa del Rei. Close to the hotel there is a lavanderia. You can wash your clothes in an hour and even dry them.

If I go to a hotel I want to sleep. This was very difficult. First of all at 5 o'clock the roosters of the neighbours started. Second it is an old building so you could hear every move of the people above you. Third of all if somebody would take a shower a terrible noice started. At the reception they do not speak any English. And there was a problem with the bill. I had to pay a lot more then expected €40 more

Superb

Very kind and polite staff, great breakfast and very beautiful property, colonial style. Walking distance from the main square. I like the fact it's a family business that puts effort into making it a nice place to say. The hotel also adds a touch of history to the say, lifting and shedding light on the colonial period of Brazil.

No room cleaning for 3 days

Breakfast was ok.

The bed was bad. Sheets as thin as rice paper. No cleaning during our 3 day stay.

Pousada charmosa, acolhedora, com amplo estacionamento ( importante em Tiradentes), com funcionários muito atenciosos. Pequena caminhada até ao Largo das Forras.

A falta de isolamento acústico dos quartos ( em relação aos quartos vizinhos, não em relação ao ambiente externo). Mas se a piscina fosse aquecida estaríamos perto do paraíso…

De tudo. Difícil uma hospedagem ser tão primorosa. Do atendimento inicial até a saída, tudo impecável. Erick, Silene e José Luiz se desdobraram para nos atender muito bem.

O trinco da porta do quarto não é muito amigo de quem volta de madrugada do carnaval… rsrsrs

A pousada é lindíssima. O café da manhã é servido com muito carinho, cheio de muitas delícias. Os funcionários são bem educados. E a localização não é no centro histórico, mas bem próxima. Íamos a pé todos os dias.

Solar da Imperatriz - Qualidade e Ótimo atendimento

A pousada é exatamente como nas fotos apresentadas. Funcionários extremamente educados e sempre disponíveis para qualquer tipo de demanda ou solicitação. A localização é estratégia porque não está dentro do centro tendo uma grande tranquilidade para descansar, mas dá para ir caminhando até aos pontos turísticos.

Não houve nenhuma situação em que eu pudesse avaliar mal. Pelo contrário, no último dia de hospedagem só estava eu e minha esposa e nem por isso a qualidade do atendimento diminuiu. O valor das diárias é alto, mas em contrapartida entrega uma ótima experiência para o cliente.

A Pousada é muito charmosa e as acomodações bem cuidadas. O quarto tinha uma varanda para o jardim e a equipe muito atenciosa.

Solar da Imperatriz: Conforto, Localização e Atendimento Impecável

A pousada é um verdadeiro charme, muito aconchegante e toda decorada com cuidado. O café da manhã é super convidativo, com a mesa posta de forma impecável. A localização é excelente, próxima ao centrinho histórico e à estação ferroviária da Maria Fumaça, permitindo fazer quase tudo a pé, inclusive à noite. O quarto é amplo, silencioso e a cama extremamente confortável. As áreas comuns são muito bem cuidadas, com bastante verde e uma boa piscina, que fez diferença durante a estadia, já que fez muito calor no feriado de novembro. Além disso, os funcionários são gentis e prestativos, tornando a experiência ainda mais agradável.

Um ponto a melhorar: a água do chuveiro demorava um pouco para esquentar e, em alguns momentos, ficava fria de repente.
