    We enjoyed our stay here. First of all, the staff were nice and friendly. I agree that they put in effort to keep the resort nice. However, some things made us uncomfortable, especially with a baby such as a very old shower head (almost black), a dirty pillowcase, and an aged water tap etc. The location was great, doorstep to the lake. We didn’t use the pool due to the weather, but it looked clean and tidy. It’s just sad to say that the room is too old and really needs more attention and renovation.

    We recently booked an apartment with a lake view through your online listing. However, upon our arrival, we were informed that the lake view apartments were not available, and we were assigned a unit facing a concrete wall instead. Later during our stay, we noticed that most of the lake view apartments were actually unoccupied, which leads us to believe that we were misled. It appears that we were not given the accommodation we paid for, without a valid reason. This was extremely disappointing and felt dishonest.
