About this villa rental
Our villa is decorated, furnished and maintained to high standards. We have a private screened pool (allowing the sunshine in, whilst keeping bugs out) with a shallow 'kiddies' pool attached. This overlooks the lake (fishing permitted). BBQ & patio furniture provided. Internet access and games room with ping pong/table tennis, pool table, and darts. Off street parking for 2 cars. The villa is located on the Eagle Pointe South community, just south of Hwy 192 and within 12-20 minutes drive of all the main attractions. The East and West coastlines are about a 90 minute drive away, as is the Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral. There are more than 15 golf courses within a 20 minute drive, and an equestrian centre is just a few minutes away.

We are returners to this villa. It was as fabulous as I remembered. A very clean villa and pool with a lovely view of the lake. Well stocked with linens, cooking pots etc. Shops and restautants just 5 mins drive away. A great place to relax after a busy day visiting the parks. I was lucky enough to see an eagle early one morning sat on the roof of a villa opposite. We has no rain during our stay and the temp was in the mid 80s F - perfect! I can recommend this villa and we will book again the next time we visit Florida.

Richard was really helpful throughout. The house is amazing, I would definitely stay again. The pool was lovely, very spacious rooms, location was quiet and lovely.

First off let me say that i never called to complain. Nor did anyone reach out to us to see how our stay was going or if there was any issues. The house was ok. Outside needs some maintenance, trim trees-bushes. The lawn was almost knee high. There is also no outside lighting. The pool area was nice. With a great view. Pool area needs more lighting. Only light was by the slider. Inside was very nice. The only issue was it needed a good cleaning. Coffe table had dust build up. The lagoon out back has two gators. Which was very cool to watch.
