"Sea Kissed", Unit X2 at the Cruzan Princesse Condominium. Two bedroom. two bath Caribbean casual seaside condo with a free assigned parking space and galley kitchen. Second floor unit overlooking the Caribbean Sea with private entrance in a small, gated community. Watch the sunrise and sunset from the balcony along the entire oceanfront side of the building with views of Christiansted and Buck Island-- seating to enjoy your coffee and libations. Quiet atmosphere and an easy beach walk to The Palms restaurant and bar. Washer and dryer in unit. Trade winds & ceiling fans keep this unit cool throughout the year. Impact windows/sliding doors and full condo A/C installed recently..
*Booking the same day as check-in or check-out day as others already booked is not possible. Most flights out are late afternoon and as such we allow guests to stay comfortably at the condo until it's time to show up for their flight out. We've found that this greatly reduces the last day stress of a rigid checkout time like 10:00 or 11:00. It may seem like an inconvenience when booking but will be greatly appreciated on your fly out day!

• 2 Bedrooms (sleeps 4 comfortably) & 2 Baths: Master with King sized bed, sliding glass door to balcony & view of Caribbean, large closet, dresser, full tiled bath with walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom with 2 twin beds (or push together for another King sized bed), chest of drawers with smaller tiled bath and shower.
• Living Room furnished with upholstered rattan sofa, loveseat, wing chair; bar with 2 barstools; solid wood dining table with 4 chairs; and entertainment cabinet with internet TV, CD/DVD player, DVDs, Roku, videos and games. Sliding glass door to balcony.
• Internet (ONE Communications, was VIYA)
• Meals: Guests provide their own meals and drinks. Several grocery stores within a short driving distance.
• Galley Kitchen: new refrigerator and stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, basic utensils, pots & pans, dishes & pantry items.
• Ample breeze and ceiling fans keep this unit comfortable. Until recently the association prohibited central air or window units. HOWEVER, IMPACT (HURRICANE) WINDOWS, SLIDING GLASS DOORS AND SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER UNITS RECENTLY INSTALLED.
• General:
Sheets, bath towels, paper towels and soap provided.
Guests provide their own toiletries.
Washing Machine & Dryer in condo. Additional coin operated Washers & Dryers on premises
Parking: 1 assigned free space near unit & limited free visitor parking available

The location was perfect, with a little beach on one side and a longer one on the other. The condo was nice—and fully equipped. The balcony was a real plus, as was the pool.

The ocean view can’t be beat. There is beach and a pool. The location offers quick access to Chritiansted as well as many snorkel/dive sites. David was responsive to our questions and helpful in making our stay comfortable.

Cute spot! Loved the beach in front of the palms - which is a very short walk from the condo. Amazing for snorkeling and swimming. Beach in front of condo was super nice for sunbathing. 10 minute drive from downtown Christiansted.
