L'emplacement géographique est très bien, le studio était propre, bien équipé et les indications et échanges avec le propriétaire était claires.
Le studio donne sur la rue donc il y a du bruit et cela est compliqué d'ouvrir les volets pour préserver l'intimité

The owner of the apartment is polite and friendly. Convenient location, not far from the train station, 10 minutes walk, upon arrival I found a very clean apartment, cleaning at a height, high quality towels and bed linen, but I did not find a duvet cover, it was 2 sheets and pillowcases, which for me personally is not comfortable and uncomfortable.
there is not enough heating in the apartment, the owner saves on this. Winter blankets and duvet covers are not provided, I was not comfortable enough. Dear landlord, buy a warm blanket, it costs 37 euros in Auchan.

cleanliness at a high level, this is important. blinds close automatically. keys in box, independent late check-in possible. the owner of the apartment is kind and in touch with you.
My stay was in winter, the landlord does not provide winter blankets as expected and saves a lot on heating, you cannot regulate the temperature in the apartment as you want, but asking him to make it warmer he did it.
