Evin konumu merkeze yürüme mesafesindeydi ama bir yandan da şehrin en arka sırasında kaldığı için dağa bakan doğayla iç iç içe bir yerdi. Çok oda olmasına rağmen gayet sessizdi hiç rahatsız edici sesler olmadı. Evdeki olanaklar gayet yeterliydi mutfakdaki araç gereçler kocaman bir balkonu vardı çok keyifli kahvaltımızı yapabildik. Odamız her gün temizlendi. Keyifle konakladık

Das kleine Familienunternehmen hat in jeder Beziehung dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns in unserer Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Hilfreich war vor allem, dass An- und Abreise (ab bzw. bis Kavala) von Ilka bestens organisiert wurden und dass wir von ihr bei Bedarf jederzeit nützliche Informationen erhielten (sowie leihweise Reiseführer, Wanderkarten und anderes). Ilka war überhaupt sehr nett und herzlich.
Badezimmer und Essecke hätten ein bisschen größer sein dürfen.
