The bed linen were very inferior quality ., The shower was broken and inspire of repeated request the host did not do anything about it .he just ignored the messages .very bad host and but recommended

Convent location with great views of Puerto Banus.

Location is great, the apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy.

The property is clean but quite old and needs investment in renovation. We avoided using the kitchen, the washing machine in our apartment didn’t work properly, damaged clothes and we had to use the washing machine in the foyer.

Great location, weird Hotel rules...

Location was perfect. Room was clean. Easy to access and the Sky Lounge is nice for a drink in the evening.

When we asked for Air Conditioning to be turned on, we were told no due to it being April (not summer) however on the 26th April it was 30°C. The thermostat on the wall stated that the room was 26.5°C inside, obviously making it very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep.

Breakfast don’t expect a full English however everything was fresh a little slow if they were busy. Right on the harbour so location good.

Music from bars did go on till early hours. Beds a little too hard. Two bed apartment very spacious.

Bath towel not clean, the house keeping didn’t clean the apartment properly ,parking cost 20 euro per day for hotel guest. Since the hotel at center there is a nightlife which is make a lot of noise we couldn’t sleep even after 1 am

Location and parking, they were excellent.

There was a lot of maintenance work going on, however this may have been because it was out of season. Also water didn’t work in one of the bathrooms on arrival as the mains tap had been turned off. Facilities in general need updating.

lovely location but dated apartments, they need to update it all from the 90’s to today

great location

working on a lift right outside the property, was t happy , every day banging and drilling , basic accommodation, looking a bit dated with no soul .tv is bigger in my car , definitely needs updating as it’s a great position. no tea and coffee facilities,( u can buy stuff from their shop. there’s no kettle it’s all a bit like butlins upscaled
