About this apartment rental
Our new comfortable apartment is located about 200 meters from the dike, 400 meters from the beach and seawater outdoor pool and also 400 meters from the adventure pool (Ocean Wave) away. The apartment is about 60 square meters. It consists of a living room with kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and toilet. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds. The bay window in the living room has large windows, so that the light and visibility are particularly beautiful.
The kitchen is complete (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine etc.). The color TV is in the living room. The window and door elements are provided with double glazing and external blinds. In every room there is a window with a fly screen. In addition to the usual central heating, the living room, bathroom and hallway are equipped with underfloor heating. The living room is in southwestern location. Outside the living room are a table and 4 chairs.
Free WiFi is available.
Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
Car parking u. Storage facilities for bicycles are sufficiently available.
On the lawn behind the house is a paved patio with massive wooden benches and a table.

Objekt liegt am Rand einer Ferienhaussiedlung, trotzdem zentral, alles sehr sauber und selbst Kleinigkeiten zeigen, dass alles gut durchdacht ist, auf exakte Mülltrennung wird geachtet, ein Pkw-stellplatz ist vorhanden, empfehlenswert sind Fahrräder- egal, ob eigene oder gemietet

Es hat alles gepasst. Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet alles was benötigt wurde war vorhanden. Alles sehr gut erreichbar (zu Fuß/ Fahrrad). Sehr netter Empfang mit Einweisung und Informationen. Für den Umweg an den Strand wegen Baustelle gibt es keine Abzüge bei der Bewertung (Vermieter kann ja nichts dafür ;-). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
