Five minute walk to train station and incredibly nice staff. However, this is like a 2 star hotel by Western standards. Not any nicer than a clean but old Holiday Inn. Except this place literally backs up to the railroad tracks. Pools were ok but mosquitoes ruined it. Beds hard as a rock. Paid***a night and no breakfast included for my room option. I can’t recommend to my fellow Americans.

The property offers spacious rooms with stunning views and a relaxing hot spring, making for a restful sleep experience. The pool and other facilities well maintained, enhancing the overall comfort. Staff are friendly and accommodating and the location is convenient providing excellent value for money throughout the stay.

This is our regular go to hotel in Jiaoxi now, and we love it every time. I'm a retired UK 5* hotel manager, and this is the only place I've stayed in Taiwan that way exceeds my expectations. Thank you sooooooooooo much to the very wonderful Sammi, Eric and Jerry on reception. A huge thank you to Maurice in the restaurant, the chefs and staff. And thank you to the unsung heroes in housekeeping and maintenance, whose names I don't know. We love you. See you soon 🥰

I booked a room for 2 with twin beds. After entering the room, I realised it's for disabled person. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, without a shower booth. There is a sign reading not recommended to stand on the bathtub to avoid slippage. Therefore showering in the toilet means everywhere is splashed. So after shower I had to clean up the whole toilet... Inside the washroom there is no place to put tooth brush, shower gel... etc. but a shelf right outside the washroom. Please be careful if you book a twin room.
