Location was incredible - the staff were exceptional, always willing to support in any way. Rachelle went over and above to help our family, as our baby was ill during our stay, providing the most amazing service.
A fridge in the room really is needed - it's the only downfall. We needed antibiotics for our baby, and thankfully the staff were obliging to store this in their main hotel fridge for us. Also using a room fridge for milk, cold water, etc could have made our experience slightly better.

Tout était super. De l’accueil aux chambres, sans oublier la grande salle de bain moderne et le super petit déjeuner! Très copieux et sur le rooftop de l’hôtel .

Localisation parfaite, rapport qualité / prix raisonnable. L'établissement est propre, le personnel accueillant.
Le fait qu'il n'y ai qu'un ascenseur rend la navigation dans l'établissement très complexe. Beaucoup d'attente aux différents étage. Le problème est amplifié le matin puisqu'il faut un code pour aller au dernier étage et l'ascenseur est donc monopolisé par moment pour des transferts exclusifs. Rien n'est expliqué pour l'utilisation du "code".

They upgraded our economy room with a room with a balcony, chairs and a rusty table. At least we could put our bathing suits to dry. The bed was comfortable.
No space for clothes or other staff (a 30 cm-deep wardrobe with piping hidden in it!), no chairs and armchairs to sit in the room, not a single hanging hook... not even in the bathroom!
