I loved all the deer and wild turkeys that came right into the front and back yard daily.
The hot tub was very nice, but please know it is loosing water somewhere. We had to fill it up as it was 8" low after 3 of us used it, it was not over flowing when we were in it. Next day it was about 8" lower than evening before. So we filled it up to proper level.
Couch looks nice but not very comfy. Some floor trim near entrance is busted. Its a cosmetic thing, but someone should fix it. Its right when you walk in and go into the kitchen so its very noticeable.
Beds a little hard.
