Great penthouse, very cozy and full of character. Very good vibe overall.
Comfy bed, all facilities in working order, even beach towels, sunscreen and drinking water was provided.
We were met by the host at the entry to the apartment complex right on time, and they were very nice and hospitable.
The whole apartment complex is very nice and well maintained, with big pool and good security.
The only downside is temporary and has nothing to do with the property or the host.
There currently are two active construction sites right by, and this means noise and vibrations. The road to the beach goes past those sites, so it’s used by construction machinery and is dusty.
Just wanted to mention it for posterity.
