Nice and beautiful experience

Perfect experience in Lake Como! Case Brenna was located in Lenno, where you won’t find too much tourists, but it’s convenient to visit Villa del Barbianello, you can simply go there by walk. The apartment was great in every aspect, room is tidy and fully equipped with a microwave, a fridge and a kettle. The host lady is very friendly and the staff Nejla is very nice and helpful, we would definitely come back again!

Really noisy room

Very well maintained as this is a very old building. Staff at front desk very helpful and sweet.

There is a lot of noise as the room is right by road, and at night there are a lot of cars passing by. Also the AC made a really loud noise so we couldn’t really sleep :(

The property was a Gem in beautiful lake como … the staff was beyond amazing , I messed up my booking and Roberta worked it all out for me and my family , the breakfast was amazing … I wish I could stay at places like this all the time 10/10 stars from my family loved loved loved

Extremely disappointing This was not what was advertised

The proprietor was very pleasant and did try hard

The hotel is on a busy road and the noise was constant. Hard to sleep. Also there were flights of stairs to navigate. One of our rooms was situated over 3 levels. The view from the other was more road than lake and the balcony in the advertisement was non existent

Will definitely recommend

The house is immaculate, very well taken care of. The views from our room were also breathtaking. Also the bed is extremely comfortable. Roberta is the most welcoming host. She shared a lot of tips and helped us with our itinerary. She quickly understood our preferences and shared the most valuable information that only locals know. Another highlight was the breakfast. Everything is homemade, from the bread to the pastries. You can tell Roberta is passionate about Casa Brenna and is always thinking of making a memorable stay for customers. In summary, customer experience is unbeatable.

Quirky, friendly, arty, beautiful location and great for a couple of days!

VERY different to anywhere we have stayed before but in a really nice way. High quality room, amazing breakfast, very personable, attentive service. Nothing was too much trouble for Lisa, so friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to have a TV, or some music, of an evening as there is very little to do locally.

A gem in beautiful Como

The house is ideally located for visits to Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio, and some of the prettiest grand villas on the shore. Roberta, the owner, welcomes you like a friend and is always available for a chat and plenty of recommendations. We had a flat to ourselves with a wonderful private terrace overlooking the lake. There is a supermarket 5mn away if you fancy a meal in. If not, there is a lovely restaurant right in front of the property. The staff there is very welcoming and the food is delicious. Italian hospitality at its very best.

Our flat was at the top of the house (no lift). You have to earn that vista on the terrace, but the flight of stairs may be an issue for some.

Excellent base for exploring the magical Lake Como area

A warm welcome from Roberta with some helpful tips for our stay. Great location very close to the lake and within easy reach of boat services. We all enjoyed the lovely breakfast outside each morning.

Not much to complain about - there were rainstorms on our last day that caused some traffic issues, but we cannot blame Roberta for that!

Specially the attention from Roberta is excellent. Cooked hand made vegan options for breakfast for us and shared great recommendations for visita and restaurants (even booked one for us). Very passionate and nice with us.

The facility looks like small art gallery. High level of interior and very friendly welcome & service make them outstanding. We experienced really wonderful two nights stay. Strongly Recommendable.
