It was ideal for our purpose and was very clean.
There was quite a lot of construction all around the property so there was constant noise. I know this is out with your control however I think you should advise guests. This construction is not short term

Stayed on the complex before so knew the location and layout of the villa
The pool was not heated and due to the storm we had was filthy but this was rectified after a message to the owners , the outside furniture is looking a little tired and not comfortable to sit for long periods
