We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit, especially Asmaa, Adnane, and Wafae, who made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. The hotel's location was excellent, with beautiful mountain views, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
Breakfast was enjoyable, although it could be improved with a wider variety of options. It would also be better if the breads was kept covered rather than left out in the open. Overall, we had a great experience.

The Receptionists, The Restaurant Staff and the Service maids all were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the Bathroom was a good size and clean.
We have no complaints about the overall stay. A small point: Hot water for the Tea at breakfast the kettle was always half full! I would have liked to see it full.
