We had the most wonderful stay at Cradle Mountain Lodge celebrating my Mum’s 80th birthday. It was such a special trip for us, and the beautiful surroundings made it even more memorable.
The staff were absolutely lovely—so warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish.
We are so grateful for the wonderful hospitality and the special memories we made. We would highly recommend Cradle Mountain Lodge and hope to return again one day.
Nothing at all! Everything was absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay, and the whole experience was made even more special by the lovely staff and beautiful surroundings. Thank you for helping make my Mum’s 80th birthday such a memorable occasion.

The Lodge was great, the staff were all delightful and wonderful, the cabins were charming.
The food options were limited. The food in the taverns was below average pub food, the carbonara was the worst. The food in the restaurant was OK, but didn't quite hit the mark.

The location if the property is wonderful and the cabins are clean and comfortable
The cabins are comfortable but very tired and the bathroom and kitchenette need to be updated as they are beyond repair You can see panels coming off and spots of mould on the ceiling The scrambled eggs were very dry and looked unappetising and we weren’t advised we could order eggs cooked differently. I felt they were short staffed
