Świetna lokalizacja. b.blisko morza i niedaleko do centrum miasta, jednocześnie z pominięciem tłumów turystów. Piękna zabytkowa willa o niepowtarzalnym klimacie.
Jedynym mankamentem jest brak wody w pomieszczeniu kuchennym.

Świetna lokalizacja, przemiły gospodarz. Urokliwy zabytkowy dom. Pokój dosyć duży, ze sporym tarasem, można było korzystać z udogodnień kuchennych.
Łazienka była prywatna, ale wchodziło się do niej z ogólnodostępnego korytarza, a nie pokoju.
