Welcome to the heart of a beautiful Dalmatian cost-town of Rogoznica!
Newly built house (not an apartment) for your privacy in the center old town on the island of Rogoznica (no worries- a bridge for the cars to the mainland exists)!
30 min ride to the airport of Split, 1h 30min to Zadar. 50 min to Split, 30 min to Sibenik
On the ground floor, there is open plan living room and modern kitchen with all amenities (new: dishwasher, induction cooktop, electric oven, fridge and freezer).
Two bed sofas, each with two beds (2+2). TV. Wi-Fi. Toilette. Air condition.
30sqm terrace with a sea view over Marina Frapa where you can enjoy a sundowner.
Upstairs: Two bedrooms (queen bed and two single beds-2+2). Balcony with an amazing 180 degrees sea view over the roof tops, Marina and the mainland. Modern bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine. Air condition.
The house is placed in a middle of the Rogoznica’s old village with a 40 meters distance to the sea and the app 15 restaurants, cafés, also a couple of minutes’ walk to all the pebble beeches, food market, bakeries, fish market, ATM, parking and marina with a swimming pool. Enviroment is family friendly as there is no traffic around the house.

5 of us stayed here for 4 nights during Aug peak season & loved every minute :)
We stopped in Rogoznica on our way from Istria to Dubrovnik. Despite not featuring prominently in the guidebooks, we were delighted that this was a gorgeous, bustling old town, with more than enough to keep us & the mega-yaught owners busy for a few days.
We were met & showed to the parking spot by friendly neighbours. Not sure you’d ever find it yourself as it’s hidden back up an alley & the parking is in an area that not even google maps recognises!
Small walk to drag bags down a hill but not too bad.
Place is small but perfectly formed, with the most amazing view of the harbour opposite. We ate out on the balcony each eve watching the sunset which was wonderful.
Each evening we walked the few steps down to the quayside to ‘passagatta’ with our ice creams - brilliant.
Recommend hiring a self-drive boat to explore the harbour & islands - the sea is crystal clear and amazing for swimming & snorkelling.
All in all can’t recommend this place highly enough. Great comms from Annabella :)
