The best people on the service area. The best manager and concierges. Guys at the bar where absolutely helpful and kind. EL MEJOR HOTEL DE DORTMUND.

A little bit far, but you can arrive by taking two trams. But everything was awesome.

Booked up at the very last minute, looking for somewhere to stay en route. Hotel rang us within minutes to check our arrival time. Free parking at the door in guest car park as described. Check-in was quick and friendly. The room was clean and tidy, the beds really comfortable. Sky tv in the room, able to watch a live Premier League match followed by one of the latest movies. Large choice of food available for self-service breakfast, especially the fresh honey to slice straight from the comb. There is a fabulous Italian restaurant just next door as the hotel's own kitchen wasn't open in the evening. The bar area seemed friendly enough, but we didn't want a drink. The room rate for all of this was very good.

The cooked food for breakfast had clearly been prepared for early risers as by the time we went down at 08:30, it was well past its best. €15 each for breakfast was too much for what we had.

Friendly staff and clean and tidy rooms,free parking and excellent location. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms on the photos look cozy, but in reality they are much less cozy. The staff is friendly. Nice that they have a private parking lot as well as a private parking garage. The rooms are warm enough during winter. Fresh towels.

When doing an early morning check out the door from the hotel to the parking lot was locked. So we had to carry our luggage around the property since it was quite much wet snow outside. The view from the room was quite dull.
