About this cabin rental
The Pines of Paradise has 9 cabins on beautiful all-sports Paradise Lake with
public boat launch access nearby, just 6 miles South of Mackinaw City at the
tip of lower Michigan. Our facilities offer the ideal getaway for families
large and small looking to spend time together. Close to Mackinaw shopping,
dining, and vacation activities, we are easily accessible yet distinctly
secluded. Includes discount at Harbor Lights Grille, local restaurant.
Starry Nights is a lake front log cabin that has a large lake side sun porch.
Have your morning coffee with a beautiful view of Paradise Lake.
Starry Nights is 1100 square feet with a large vaulted ceiling living area
with fans, 2 bedrooms and 3 sleeper sofas that will comfortably sleeps 8. The
"Cedar" bedroom has 1 queen bed and a log bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa. The
other bedroom has a queen bed. There is a sleeper sectional on the sun porch.
The unit includes two private bathrooms each with a shower, full kitchen with
stove, refrigerator, microwave, plates, silverware, cookware, coffee pot,
toaster, fireplace, private firepit, and more.** LINENS & BATH TOWELS ARE NOT
INCLUDED**. Note: Internet TV is located in the common Lodge building, for
all guests to share. Please call (568)438-8367 for further details.
Please note: Be sure to pack queen & twin size sheets, towels, and shower
necessities, one extra roll of TP is provided. Sheets & towels are available
to rent at $7.50/person. Cleaning supplies, dish & hand soap are provided.
**CLEANING is NOT included** , if you choose not to clean, the fee would be
$50 payable upon arrival.

The property was beautiful. We had a little problem with a bat in the cabin the last night of our stay. The contact person sent help. They were unable to get it out, since it went into hiding. Was offered a breakfast, and possible discount on a return visit. We were unable to receive the breakfast due to our extra early exit for the bridge walk. Asked her to think about how to compensate this inconvenience. I feel the we should receive a refund for the last night since it was unnerving to spend time the part of the cabin that we could not close off.

My family and I LOVED this location- although we are from AR and are VERY used to air conditioning lol but the owner had fans in every room and the windows open on arrival and ready for us. We would love to stay here again and the kids LOVED the playground and the paddle boats and the fishing dock. Could've stayed here another few days had time allowed :) a little different as the location itself such as bringing your own towels (owner suppled our sheets upon request) but worth the "quirkiness" for the location and cuteness.

Our cabin was exactly what you think of as an up north getaway. Cozy and in an ideal location. Location was close to the Mackinaw Island ferry dock, the lake was great for this kids to play in and the fire pit made the evenings great.
Host was great and responsive, the check in/out was easy. Would definitely recommend.
