Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Zugang und liegt angenehm ruhig, aber trotzdem nah zur Ortsmitte und dem See. Die Ausstattung ist gut und das Badezimmer insgesamt und die Dusche sind ausreichend groß. Das gilt auch für das Bett. Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet. Bodenwöhr hat alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Ein großer Pluspunkt bei der Gastronomie ist die Brauerei Jacob, die über ein gut geführtes Restaurant und Hotel (beide mit Seeblick) verfügt. Weitere Restaurants sorgen für Abwechslung.
Da die Wohnung unter dem Dach ist, gibt es drei Dachfenster, von denen aber nur das Fenster im Schlafzimmer verdunkelt werden kann. Ein Sonnenschutz bei den anderen Fenstern wäre sehr sinnvoll, da die Wohnung schnell recht warm wird. Der Kühlschrank ist eher klein und auf Knieniveau. Man sollte potentiellen Gästen vor der Buchung mitteilen, dass drei große Hunde, die einen freundlichen Charakter haben, zum Haushalt gehören. Mich hat das nicht gestört.

WiFi was sometimes low. With work this was sometimes unconvenient but not a problem for normal (phone) use.
