The staff were very friendly, location is excellent, a 5 minute walk from la plaza de armas. The room was cleaned daily, the towels were changed regularly as well.
A few things would need improvement though. There wasn't a safety box, though it was mentioned in the room amenities description, you would have to pay for an iron if you needed one, one night around 3 am, when we were getting ready for our Machu Picchu tour, we ran out of running water, so only one of us could take a shower. I guess it was an emergency and this never happened again during our four day stay.
Otherwise, was a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed for 4 nights in the hotel. My room is the farthest from the reception so it’s very quiet. The hot shower water is not stable and no window in my room so the ventilation isn’t so good. One of the strangest thing that I encountered was the hallway to my room. It was suddenly blocked by a concrete wall on day 2 night. But the wall was disappeared on day 3 night. It was so strange. The atmosphere of the hotel was generally slightly strange.
The staff is friendly though and the breakfast was great.
