Location is wonderful as are the staff. Food is good. Rooms are clean and well equipped, the beds are superbly comfortable.

Modern facilities.
The "hotel" is essentially closed on a Sunday and Monday. No facilities were open. There were no restaurants nearby and we had to drive to Carcassonne for dinner. Whilst we were told the hotel restaurant was closed the scale of the hotels closure was not apparent nor the need to drive so far for dinner.
The bedroom french doors opened onto a public area and we even had someone look in while we were changing.
Very expensive, no discount for lack of facilities.
