Rare opportunity to stay in a 15th century castle which is fortunate to have been rescued by its current owners who have invested a lot of years in its restoration. Our hosts cooked an excellent dinner of local produce including Quail and Foie Gras and we enjoyed local wine. Breakfast was yogurts, ripe cheeses, fresh breads and pastries with plenty of good coffee. All could be purchased in the morning at their extensive farm shop within the property.
