The property is absolutely beautiful, the owners Pierre and his wife were fantastic, they are very friendly and gave directions to a fantastic restaurant. The room was huge and very well decorated.
I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you for accommodating us 😊
Perhaps the driveway needs lighting so if you walk up at night it’s better lit, but this is really nothing.

Manoir de Rouessé is full of beautiful character. While it isn’t ultra-modern, it has everything you need. The room was a great size, with a super comfortable bed and clean, soft linen. The location was ideal for us and very reasonably priced. Pierre, Nathalie, and Claire are incredibly friendly, made us feel very welcome, and were always helpful. Their on-site shop offers a lovely range of beauty, health, and lifestyle products, along with great wines, local produce, and snacks. The continental breakfast was more than sufficient, featuring organic and locally sourced produce – ideal. Being an older property, there is ongoing upkeep, which we appreciated and which didn’t affect our stay in any way.

Breakfast was fine.
Confusion over check-in, weren’t able to access common area on the night of arrival, the place was under renovation and looked rather shabby and unkept.
