Loved the quiet town on the water with beautiful views. Our room overlooked the harbor and was amazing.

Little difficult to get outside of the harbor but there is an elevator to the top so that helps.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Absolutely stunning outlook over the bay of Piano di Sorrento. Very helpful, friendly and attentive staff - even going out of their way to prepare a special breakfast for the next day, when I mentioned I was diabetic. They couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Lovely apartment - clean, large, and with an incredible view. The restaurant also did great food when we ate there in the evening. It's absolutely worth paying the one euro charge to get the lift up / down, to / from the top level of the town, as it's a very, very steep walk from the apartment to the road above it otherwise. From there, it's about a fifteen minute walk to Piano station (then only a four minute train to Sorrento).

Not really a complaint, as we probably wouldn't have used it anyway - but we weren't allowed to use the kitchen area for any kind of food prep (which seemed to be a policy that the hotel had to adhere to, rather than their own). Just a bit odd to have that facility, but it not be usable.
