I made reservations from friends from California. As their stay was during Golden Week, I reserved a few months in advance. Since there was a gap in time, I went to the hotel to make sure everything was on track. The staff was always friendly and helpful and put my mind at ease. When my friends arrived, the process was smooth, and they were happy with their room and the facilities. Overall, 8 Hotel exceeded expectations. The special vehicle that runs occasionally to Enoshima, and especially the driver, was a highlight of the trip. I appreciate the staff's kind welcome to my friends visiting Fujisawa. I will definitely book the next time we have visitors.
