Okay for a short visit, better for business trips

The location of the hotel is great, it was easy to go to downtown Gerlingen or other places. The bed was comfortable and although the bathroom was small it was nice. A bakery and Kaufland (grocery store) are in walking distance.

Room cleaning is only done when you ask for it and unfortunately the 3rd party company did not care about service. We asked for a cleaning and it took 3 days for someone to finally come by and they didn't do a good job, taking short cuts. The in house restaurant is permanently closed (very recently) which was a bummer. Breakfast was good but too expensive; the parking garage was also expensive and very small.

Simple affordable accomodation

Nice big rooms with clean modern facilities. The TV was large, the room was spacious.

Italian restaurant downstairs had closed for business 3 months ago so we couldn't eat dinner at the hotel. In addition the room didn't have a sofa / couch, even though we selected the biggest most expensive room. The amenities were lacking for a large room.

Nice staff, parking garage (14€/24h), discolights in the bathroom, just a fine hotel for one night on the way to your final destination

Room was next to a very noisy road even at night, everything's a bit worn down yet it's a fairly expensive place, bottle of water in the room cost €2,50, breakfast €18

Strong WiFi. Free parking is available (but is not guaranteed). Cool bed. Friendly staff. Quiet location. A comfortable workplace (with a laptop).

Enjoyed our staying in this hotel

We liked our staying in this hotel very much. Rooms are very nice, everything needed was in the room. Hotel is very cozy and nice. Breakfasts were delicious and a lot of everything for each taste.

The only moment I didn't like, it's a specific air in this small city. But in the hotel it didn't feel much, so it was good.

Good breakfast, they had variety!

Car park is available but expensive. There was also a smell in the room and I found a quite big spider on the wall. Informed the staff the day after as there was no cover over the night and they offered a discount for breakfast.

Room temperature too low. The shower water cold too, it required almost 5 - 7 minutes before to get hot water.

1. Could find several hair in room from previous guest 2. Law says Covid-Test all 3 days, this hotel ask for a daily test 3. While I extended my stay they charged higher rate for the additionally days

Decent hotel for solo or family trips

We stayed there for total 5 nights and everything was just great. Breakfast had variety of foods, everything was sealed and packed which is super great due to COVID-19, room was clean and quiet. What you need in order to have a great time, i will be going back for sure next time I'm in Germany

It is all new, modern, clean. Staff was helpful. They have a garage. There is a huge supermarket next to it, Kaufhaus, offers everything.

The walls are quite thin. We had a neighbour listening to music. It was a bit loud, we couldn't hear our telly properly.
