- A huge Big C supermarket is across the street.
- Nice rooms with great swimming pool views.
- If you are alone, you can order 2 breakfasts.
- Air-conditioning in the small breakfast room.
- Since this is a small hotel, breakfast is not buffet. I think the best deal is to choose the American breakfast, since Asian meals can be bought for a few Baht anywhere.
- If you pay by card, this accommodation will increase your price by 3%.
- Deposit 500 Baht.
- No air-conditioning in the reception area.

Great location in Pattaya, close to bars, Soi 6, and nightlife. Also near the beach and restaurants. Still quiet at night and felt private. Staff were very kind and helpful.
The room and facilities were a bit basic and could be improved.

Two beds in the room. Proximity to Central Marina Outlet and Terminal 21. Choice of minibar drinks. Dark room with blackout curtains. WiFi good and smart TV good.
Old and faded. Thumping beats at night. It's a residence so lots of washing on balconies. Sparse furniture, no shower screen or curtain. Breakfast not great. -Have to choose the day before. Pillows a bit lumpy. One bed hard, one bed softer. AC takes a long time to click in.
