We loved exploring the Iberá area and seeing all the wildlife. The whole team was excellent and exceptional. The pacing of activities was great and very memorable.
Three small items would have made the experience even more enjoyable.
1. The toilets are inefficient, and require multiple flushes (15 minutes to refill water tank) and waste to much water. The old charm is nice but not practical or environmental in this case.
2. Our ceiling fan made too much noise and it was hard to sleep without, and you could not sleep without it because of the temperature.
3. The swimming pool could be nicer. Some paint was chipping, and didn’t look or feel clean.

An amazing place to stay! The accommodations were lovely, food delicious and healthy (they have their own vegetable garden), and the surroundings beautiful. Without exception, the staff went above and beyond what was expected. They are passionate, helpful, and competent. I felt like a VIP! I was also happy to know that by staying in this hotel I was contributing to Douglas/Kris Tompkins conservationist organization (CLT) in reintroducing extinct species to the Ibera region.
