The hotel's location is ideal, a block Kokusai-dori, the main shopping street, and importantly near the entrance to the covered market areas. The hotel had all sorts of snacks and beverages at different times. It was very welcoming.
The elevator was slow and stairs were not really an option due to how they exited the building. The room was good and functional, but not spacious or stylish.

The location is great, next to all the restaurants and easy walk to the Harbour to catch the ferry. Breakfast was great and the free ice cream and beer was a great touch!

Location, lobby, simple amenities, complimentary coffee, tea and juice.
Only 1 elevator for everyone and told not to use the stairs. Paint was old and chipped in the room. Had to pay for parking.

The staff were all amazing. So helpful and kind. The location was great for shopping.
The rooms look like they haven’t been updated since 1993. Scuffs all over the walls, paint chips all along the counter that runs along the wall. I think there are better deals elsewhere.
