Perfect location with the best views in town.

We had a fantastic stay at Olive Tree. We loved the sunny terrace and the incredible views. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. The location was central to Hvar town and its beaches.

Peaceful with incredible views

One of the most wonderful stays we’ve experienced across 2 months in Europe. Tonka and Matae (mother and daughter) were incredibly hospitable throughout - we were always well looked after and made to feel very welcome. Communications started well in advance of our arrival, they always were friendly, prompt and very helpful. The apartment was beautiful, spotless and comfortable. The property has a shared outdoor seating area with some of the best views over Hvar’s old town and port, right by St Mark’s Church tower, and up towards The Fort. Perfect start to every morning with coffee and sunshine. Close walk into the old town with stunning historical buildings and plenty of great restaurants, cafes and bars. They’re most highly rated on Google for good reason. The apartment was very affordable, and even more so for all of the above. Would live here indefinitely! Thank you Tonka and Matea, and your family.

Our studio apartment had everything we needed and our host was very kind and informative. It is located in a quiet area with stunning views over the harbour and town square. Just 5 minutes walk to the seafront restaurant area and 10-15 minutes in opposite direction to beautiful swimming/kayaking areas. Would not hesitate to book again

Fantastic apartment and location!

Such a wonderful apartment, terrace and host! Great location, just a few minutes from the main sqare of Hvar town, yet secluded and quiet among olive trees. 8 min walk to beach. Amenities such as coffee maker, beach towels and washing machine was much appreciated. Good AC in both bedroom and livingroom. The huge terrace had great view over fort, town and harbour. It is shared with another apartment, but we had our dedicated tables so no issue (and were mostly alone on the terrace during our visit anyways). Our host Tonka were easy to communicate with, provided tips and even homegrown tomatoes - delicious!

Perfect Spot to Explore Hvar

Highly recommend staying at the Olive Tree Apartments. We stayed for 3 nights and it was clean and comfortable and Tonka the host was really kind and helpful. The air con was really good (needed in the heat!) and also despite being only 5 minutes from bars and restaurants in the town, was very quiet and peaceful.

Highly recommend

Tonka was a wonderful host. Very helpful and obliging. The room was spotlessly clean. The terrace area to sit out on was very welcoming and offered great views of Hvar harbour. Don't miss the little bench out on the edge. The location was perfect, 5 min stroll into town and very easy access to the hillside fort and Hula beach.

The most beautiful apartment in the perfect location with the best host.

A little piece of paradise. The apartment was exceptional, from the incredible location to the large bright and airy rooms. Tonka has thought of everything and couldn't find a better host, so helpful and kind, going above and beyond to make sure we had the most enjoyable stay. The air-conditioning was excellent and the apartment so quiet too, even though the apartment is so close to all the town's attractions it is so calm and quiet at night. We couldn't have have asked for more and we will be back!

Amazing views in a great location, but small

The views from Olive Tree Apartment are unbeatable. You can see the harbour of Hvar Town and the terrace area is fantastic. If the weather had been good, it would have been great. The location is also great! Tonka was a great host and allowed us to check-in early and showed us everything we need to know about Hvar.

Unfortunately, it rained a lot during our stay in Hvar and that led to us finding a couple of bugs in our apartment. The apartment was pretty small which wasn’t ideal during our rainy stay (although the room size was expected as described accurately in the description).

The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. The terrace had a spectacular over town and the harbour. Town was just a few minutes walking away. Above all, Tonka was a wonderful host, who truly cared about giving us the best time!

The apartment was located just above the old town. It was bright and airy and had a lovely terrace. Tonka, the host was friendly and helpful and even gave us all a bottle of their own wine.

The apt was very spacious and clean. Was so easy to reach it just walking just 5/7 mins from the harbour. The host, Tonka, was so nice and lovely and her daughter, Matea, was always ready to help us for any request by whatsapp. They also let us find some amazing figs and grapes. So i would definitely raccomand this place for friends or families, it was really great! Below i give just some little suggestions to make it more perfetto :P!

1)Would be nice to find some beverages in the fridge at the arrival. 2)In the bathroom inside the room i would change or fix the shower head because when i open at maximum power the water, it rises. So you have always to open the water at medium power to get shower. 3)Always in the bathroom inside the room i would put something in the shower to keep the soaps and shampoos (like in the other shower). You have to put them on the ground, it's not so nice. 4)I would change the light switch and put as you enter in the bathroom.., behind the door is uncomfortable (you always go inside, then you remember that the wsitch is not there, so you go out, moove the door, switch on and go back to the bathroom. As i said before, those are just little things to make it "perfect" because i do the same job and i do in a maniacal way ahah! Ciao and thanks again for everything!

Great location with nice views

Tonka is a very special host, she makes sure we have access to everything we need, even arranged private boat rent for us. Spacious 2 bed apartment with 2 baths, you have Olives, Grapes, Apples plantation at your door, nice views from the mountains and town. Highly recommend the stay. We received a special gift from the host at the last day. Thanks For you Tonka and Husband, very nice people!

Totally fantastic.

This property is totally fantastic, the location is brilliant it is minutes from town and yet cool and relaxing with a nice breeze being higher up. The outdoor terrace area is absolutely gorgeous it has a fabulous view over the Harbor. I had read multiple reviews and they are all correct it really is a wonderful wonderful place to stay. It is extremely good value and the hosts are amazing going out of their way to help you with anything you need. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious , Well equipped and with very effective air-conditioning. We had two large bedrooms and two bathrooms and a kitchen plus wonderful outdoor living area.. The gardens of olive trees and wonderful flowering pots are the icing on the cake. We were extremely comfortable here. We would definitely stay again !
