De locatie is best gunstig: het ligt op zo’n ±2-3 km van het centrum van Alghero, waardoor je in redelijke tijd bij restaurants, winkels en de oude stad bent.
De kamer was schoon, met airco en eigen badkamer.
De eigen veranda / terras bij de kamer is fijn, leuk om ’s ochtends of ’s avonds buiten te zitten.
De gastvrijheid van Claudia is geweldig. Ze is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding: je krijgt voor wat je betaalt over het algemeen wat je mag verwachten, niets spectaculair, maar prima basis.
Voor wie geen auto heeft: de afstand tot het centrum is niet enorm, maar wel merkbaar je moet rekenen op een redelijke wandeling of vervoer.
Ontbijt en voorzieningen (keuken/gemeenschappelijke ruimte) zijn vrij eenvoudig. Verwacht geen uitgebreid luxe ontbijt of grote gemeenschappelijke opties.
De kamer is vrij simpel en een beetje gedateerd. Er is niet veel extra luxe. Het is functioneel en basic. Voor ons was het prima.

Posizione ottima se si è in auto perché la struttura è vicinissima al centro città, ma completamente isolata dal traffico cittadino e turistico.
La proprietaria è davvero molto gentile e disponibile.
Purtroppo alcuni servizi segnati come presenti non esistono/non sono totalmente usufruibili. Ad esempio il wi-fi non andava, la colazione è tutta confezionata e molto limitata, la doccia calda non è calda ma appena appena sopportabile.
Il pagamento solo in contanti (ma è una caratteristica di tutta l'isola...).
