u will need to take a taxi to have breakfast

the location is in the centro of the city, perfect access to the busiest bars. the bed is very comfortable, the layout inside the room is very beautiful.

the breakfast is in other hotel, where you need to take a taxi there. it costs 20 reais and 6 minute for one way. the breakfast is very good, but this arrangement make me upset. Since the hotel did disclose this when I made the reservation, and they didn't cover the expense for taxi. why didn't you include the expense directly in the booking price. the second problem was that the room didn't have a good sound proof. We can here the sound from the corridor all the way to the reception. the 3rd was the hot water ran too slow for basin and toilet.

Gostamos só do atendimento do funcionário William.

Os problemas começaram antes da nossa chegada e se estenderam até a saída (saímos um dia antes perdendo uma diária). Logo após a reserva, entrei em contato com a pousada por telefone (que está no site da pousada), para entender onde estacionar e comunicar minha situação "de joelho operado"; atendeu uma senhora (dizendo ser da Pequena Tiradentes - do Grupo). Me identifiquei, falei sobre minha cirurgia de retirada de meniscos do joelho, e que tinha escolhido a pousada (nos últimos anos todas as vezes que precisava ir a Tiradentes, ficamos no Santíssimo Resort) porque a pousada fica na praça central (eu não teria que andar tanto para executar o que precisava) e eu não poderia fazer longas caminhadas, principalmente em Tiradentes pela característica de ruas. Primeiro, a senhora me convenceu que o estacionamento era a 100 metros da pousada (primeira mentira que só descobri ao chegar no local). Ao chegar, outra surpresa desagradabilíssima, nos colocaram (em um quarto que parecia um formigueiro) no segundo andar, acessando por escadas. Os funcionários da recepção, menos o William, foram extremamente mal educados e sem a menor vontade de trabalhar.

Variedade do café da manhã. Chuveiro e cama excelentes.

É bom destacar a diferença entre o ANEXO e a própria pousada. São edificações próximas, mas em endereços e níveis distintos. O café da manhã é oferecido na outra pousada do grupo (Pequena Tiradentes) DISTANTE da pousada do LARGO e precisa transporte ( cerca de 1,8 km).

Vale a pena!

Os quartos são lindos, super aconchegantes e bem estruturados tanto pro frio quanto pro calor. A pousada é estilo boutique, pequena e bem decorada, e a localização é perfeita. O Bernardo nos recebeu de maneira excelente, sempre muito muito atencioso e cuidadoso com tudo. A pousada é uma delícia, mas o atendimento do Bernardo é o que faz o diferencial, espetacular. Obrigada!

O café da manhã não ocorre na pousada. Você precisa pegar carro pra ir tomar o café em outra pousada. Acho que essa informação não fica clara nas infos de divulgação. Ao menos aqui no booking, tem fotos de mesa de café da manhã e a informação é q o café é incluso, mas achei isso não tão verdadeiro. Por mais que ofereçam um café da manhã excelente nessa outra pousada, ela é longe (qse 2km com ladeira) não dá pra ir a pé, então acho q essa informação precisava ser mais clara.

A equipe detrabalho éabsolutamente dedicadane gentil; O quarto é amplo, a cama é confortável e o chuveiro é excelente

A pousada não tem café da manhã na dependência e o estacionamento élonge. É preciso andar uns 500nmetro para pegar o caro (o período que passei na pousada estava praticamente chuvoso todosos dias), e é necessário andar quase dois quilômetros de carro para ir tomar o café. Do estcionamento do café até a sala do café há um longo percurso com MUITAS ESCADAS (uns qatro lances de escadas). A pousadanao oferece nenhum suporte para este deslocamento, mesmo com a chuva e a eventual dificuldde de deambulação do hóspede ( o que é o meu caso). A piscina já é em outro lugar, do outro lado da praça e é meio "abandonada" (não tem suporte, guarda vida, toalhasm sabonete, etc. Para sair da pscina épreciso de apoio de terceiros pois a escada é muito alta, especialmente se a pessoa for idosa ou obesa. Se eu estivesse s[o eu não conseguiria sair da piscina!
