The Originals City, Hôtel Azur, Fos-sur-Mer

Very nice English-speaking staff. Free onsite fenced parking was a big plus. The hotel is within a walking distance from the beach (but more often than not we'd choose to drive there, as the beach has plenty of free parking). Our room had this little terrace with a table and chairs which we used a lot. Very nice air conditioning maintained just the right temperature in the room without noise or too much air flow. The hotel was recently renovated and still feels fairly new.

Apparently, the hotel was recently upgraded from 2* to 3* by adding things like aircon and tiny fridges etc, but there are things that could not be upgraded sich as room sizes. For longer stays you may feel a bit cramped (but if your room has a terrace, it helps). The furniture is pretty basic, no wardrobe or sufficient shelving, just a small étagère/rack in the corner. Please add some shelves on the walls, hooks on the bathroom door, etc for guests to be able to organize their stuff. Breakfast was very French, lots of sweet stuff but no eggs etc, we tried it once and decided not to continue.

Je kan er altijd in en uit. De auto mocht blijven staan na 11u Dicht bij het strand.

Netheid badkamer. Siliconen en afwerking sanitair. Vloer plakte.

Personnel très agréable,chaleureux,courtois,aux petits soins pour les clients ,bien insonorisé,bar à disposition ,emplacement proche de la mer .

Chambre à l’étage sans ascenseur et compliqué pour une famille avec poussette sacs et valises, remerciements au personnel qui m’ont aidé à descendre la poussette chaque jour et les valises le jour de l’arrivée et du départ.Salle de bain un peu exiguë.Le matelas est un peu trop ferme. Pour une famille avec un bébé ,il faudrait que lors de la réservation on nous propose une chambre spacieuse (chambre double confort).

La facilité d’accès à l’hôtel, les chambres spacieuses et l’accueil sympathique.

La propreté des sanitaires laissait vraiment à désirer, les vitres n’avaient pas était faite et petit bémol sur les serviettes rêche avec une odeur d’humidité.
