O quarto era ótimo, com uma vista linda para o Teatro da Paz. Localidade perfeita, super central. Os atendentes maravilhosos, sempre muito prestativos e com um cuidado com os hóspedes. Tinham táxis credenciados do hotel.
Os ammenities da Natura foram uma agradável surpresa.
O box não dava vazão da água e as vezes vazava. Tentei encher a minha garrafa de água depois do café da manhã e não me permitiram, dizendo que eram normas do hotel. Achei isso chato. A academia ficou presa nos anos 1980 e a área da academia precisa ser revitalizada.
