Proximity to central location of Viña Del Mar for businesses and restaurants and other activities.
It’s not as soundproof as we wanted it to be. We could hear some street noise and when other clients were in the hallway en route to rooms or elevator, we could hear everything, was not easy to go into deep sleep, the noise was heard throughout the night.

the location is very good but most of all - the staff. particular I would like to emphasize Miss Queila at the reception who made extreme efforts to make me feel welcomed and so did miss Carolina at the restaurant
nice to have had an egg according to my request during breakfast
the faact of having parking near by
i rather enjoy more vegetables during breakfast. there were hardly any.
laundry - i requested it folded but it arrived hanged. i send it back to be folded but it returned folded very un-professionally and rumpled

Breakfast was exceptional.
Parking was always an uncertainty. Also, the hotel didn't warn us that the main street (San Martín) was closed on Sundays and one Sunday we couldn't get out missing an important appointment in Valparaíso. We could have left our car across the street overnight or in another parking place, allowing us to leave Viña del Mar on time for our meeting.
