Tivemos alguns contratempos com a estadia, coisas que acontecem: chuveiro quebrado, falta de lençol de cima na cama, água gelada na pia do quarto ( no frio pode ser bem incômodo) A Rosângela tentou resolver os problemas que estavam ao seu alcance de maneira prestativa e deu excelente dicas para nós. Por isso, minha nota 7, pois erros acontecem e tentar resolvê-los é uma arte.
Da pia com água fria e da falta de lençol na cama, pois para mim é importante esse ítem. O lençol foi resolvido no dia seguinte, já a água fria na pia é uma questão de preferência.
