Best Ibis so far on this trip, good value.

The room was larger than expected, with lovely light. The breakfast was included, and it was a very nice buffet with a good coffee machine.

The corner of the room with a table had a light that didn't seem to work so it was too dark to use at night.

A good budget hotel for an overnight stay with wonderful views from the room.

Very central and had a wonderful view from our window. On-site parking and air conditioning were valued extras. Our room was very quiet.

I had a great visit to Moulins and would have no hesitation staying at Ibis Styles again.

Friendly, professional welcome and check in at this well-located Ibis Styles. I upgraded my room via Booking.com. It was small but not cramped and was well set-out and equipped. Lighting was good. Good double glazing, sound proofing and heating/cooling. Bathroom looked new. All impeccably clean. Hotel is 100% non-smoking. Breakfast from 06:00 to 10:00 which accommodates most people. Good choice at breakfast: I found all my favourites and the special breads (cereals and dried fruit) were lovely. Self-serve hot drinks are available afternoon/evening in the reception area. Small bar; you can sit outside on the terrace area. You can order in-room pizzas via reception. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was no problem for the hotel to let me fill in some time after checkout waiting in the reception area before departing for my train. Moulins is a little jewel of a town with impressive museums and ancient architecture. It also has what seems to be an extraordinarily high ratio of pâtisseries and restaurants to head of population!

The shower was over-bath which I am used to. I think some people would have difficulty to stand up within the narrow width of the bath. It could be unsafe for some people. At some point it would probably be a good idea to replace it with a simple shower cabin.

The staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly. The room was spacious and the location was only two minutes from the city centre.

No tea bags! I understand the need to be sustainable… but it takes too long to make a decent cup of tea.

You always know what to expect from Ibis regarding price, comfort and facilities.

Easy to find, located close to restaurants. Secure car park.

Car park has an unmade surface which is very difficult for motorcycles. The lockable garage for motorcycles was not useable as cars can park in front of the door. This was disappointing and could be easily rectified.
